Variety originating from the USA, creation of Tom Wagner who named it thus, in gratitude, after a stay in Belgium with Rita de Clercq.
Large beefsteak-type fruit weighing 200 to 400 grams, round and flattened in shape, ribbed at the top and with curved shoulders for large sizes.
Light green coat streaked with dark green, variety resembling Green Zebra but bigger.
Green beef meat, fleshy and juicy. Sweet flavor with a hint of bitterness.
Plant with moderate development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
