Skin color of fire, cameo of red/yellow and orange intermingled.
Flesh of the dense paste type but relatively juicy. Usually reserved for the canning, it can be consumed fresh its savour being well superior other varieties of this type.
Plant with great development. Regular foliage. Indeterminate growth.
