Improvement of the variety "Yellow Brandywine" by Gary Platfoot, Ohio, USA; first listed in 1996. Smoother fruit, with fewer defects, and more productive than the regular variety.
Large orange-yellow fruit of +/- 300/400 grams which can reach the kilo, of the type beefsteak, flattened, ribbed in high part and with the rebounded shoulders. Depression at the peduncular attachment moderately deep but wide and corky.
Meaty and dense beef flesh with a rich and intense flavor.
A very large variety, with potato foliage and a second half of the season.
