Variety heirloom originating in Iowa, USA. Introduced to the public in 2000 by Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds.
Big fruit of the type beefsteak, from 250 to 500 grams, smooth orange yellow skin. Round shape more or less flattened with a wide ribbing but not very marked at the top.
Fleshy and juicy beef flesh with an excellent rich and sweet flavor.
