SKU: 607 Category:

Contrary to what one might think, this variety is not a creation of Tom Wagner, but of an amateur gardener in the San Francisco area.

Fruit of 80 to 180 grams, round rippled at the shoulders and with a beginning of ribbing at the shoulders.

Cream color with green stripes that turn to pale yellow when fully ripe, so the stripes are much less visible. Depression at the peduncular attachment insignificant, trace of umbilicus in a point or in line, 6 sepals.

Juicy flesh, 3 to 4 lodges. Taste reminiscent of green Zebra, good acid/sugar balance, to be consumed preferably before full maturity, it is at this time that it expresses all its flavor.

Solid, stocky and bushy plant, very productive and resistant variety.
