The origin of this heirloom variety is not known, it was presented to the Seed Saver Yearbook of 1998, by Doroty Beiswenger, Minsesota, USA.
Fruit round, flattened and ribbed at the top, for the big sizes the shoulders tend to curve inside.
Whitish color, veiled with pink on the apical part, turning yellow at full maturity for the fruits best exposed to the sun.
Clusters of 2 to 3 fruits of 120 to 250 grams. Weak depression with the peduncular attachment, flower with 7 sepals and with the flush pistil.
Unctuous and perfumed flesh with a sweet taste, typical of the "blanches".
