Creamy white skin slightly tinged with pink at the umbilicus.
Dense, juicy and fragrant beef flesh. Deep depression at the peduncular attachment.
Plant with great development, indeterminate growth, regular foliage.
Good mid-season production. Well adapted to short season and/or cool summer regions.
