Heirloom variety originating from the USA.

Creamy white, yellowish fruit weighing 150 to 300 grams, beefsteak type, flattened, strongly ribbed at the top and with rounded or curved shoulders depending on the size. Depression at the peduncular attachment deep and not very wide.

Juicy ivory flesh, multi-located, containing a lot of gel and seeds. Taste more acid than sweet.

Plant with great development, potato foliage, indeterminate growth.

Mid-season production +/- 75 to 85 days.
