Ripens from ivory-white to orange-yellow.

Flesh with thick walls, sweet and aromatic flavor devoid of heat. Use stuffed, grilled or raw in salads.

Good production fairly early in the season.

Small plant of +/- 60 centimeters, possibility of pot culture.
