Variety whose exact origin remains unknown, probably from the USA, presented in the Seed Savers Yearbook of 1994 by Carolyn Homme.
Large red fruit, 200 to 500 grams, some up to 800 grams, heart-shaped type with a tendency to blunt, wavy shoulders and discreetly ribbed.
Fleshy and very dense beef meat containing practically no seeds. Excellent flavor, one of the best red hearts.
Plant with very large development, small stem, regular vaporous foliage, indeterminate growth.
