Origin USA. Creamy white fruit, 200 to 400 grams beefsteak type, round, slightly flattened at the poles.
Variety which would result from a cross, or an off-type, involving the variety "Shah".
Large fruit of 200 to 400 grams of beefsteak type, round, slightly flattened at the poles.
Creamy white skin with a pink blush on the apical part when fully ripe.
Meaty and juicy beef flesh. Mild and delicate flavor.
Plant with great development, potato foliage, indeterminate growth.
Very good mid-season production (+/- 80 days).
Variety not stabilized: fruits obtained in 2016 were green!!!! (provenance J&LGardens)
