Variety originating from China, takes its name from the Topaz stone which its color is close to.
Small cocktail type fruit, from 40 to 90 grams, yellow striped with green streaks which tend to disappear gradually at full maturity. Round shape very slightly ovalized.
Sweet and low acid taste. Looks like a sister to "violet jasper" in yellow, vigorous and productive variety.
