Native to France and grown in regions ranging from the Landes to the Charentes.
Fruits weigh 150 to 250 grams and are Andean horn-shaped, elongated and more or less deformed, ending in a more or less blunt point. Its shape is reminiscent of a goat's teats, hence its name.
Red to pink colour with thick skin.
Paste-like flesh, full-bodied with little gel and seeds, ideal for making sauces and coulis.
Vigorous plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Very generous, regular production from mid-season to the first frosts.
