Variety of unknown origin. Featured in the 2008 Seed Savers Yearbook, introduced commercially in 2015 in North America.

Large red fruit of 250 to 600 grams, slightly flattened beefsteak type, more or less ribbed at the top and with rounded shoulders for large sizes.

Flesh of beef, intense red marbled of pink, fleshy and dense. Excellent well-balanced flavor, good taste typical of old tomatoes.

Variety with very large development, with determined growth for Sea Wind and indeterminate for Tatianatomatobase.
