Fruit from 120 to 250 grams, beefsteak type, irregular shape most often flattened and with ribbed and plump shoulders.
Shiny yellow epidermis which has the particularity of veiling itself with a slight pink blush when ripe, mainly on its apical part and only on the fruits of the first bunches.
Flesh with a creamy texture with sometimes pink traces. Mild flavor but with a slight hint of acidity.
Vigorous plant with great development, dense and abundant regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Average production from mid-season until frost.
