Variety originating in Quebec, developed by Roger Doucet of the Food Institute of Ste Hyacinthe and presented in 1976.

Round and smooth red fruit from 100 to 150 grams.

Curiosity, the immature fruit is white then turns yellow before becoming fire red when ripe.

Bright red flesh, firm, juicy and fleshy with a sweet flavor, to be eaten very ripe.

Compact plant with determinate growth, abundant production and naturally resistant to cracking.

Well suited to cold regions and/or short seasons.

Can possibly be grown in a large pot.
