Large red fruit weighing 300 to 500 grams and can approach 800 grams, under optimal growing conditions. Slightly flattened beefsteak type with a more or less pronounced ribbing at the top, for very large fruits the shoulders tend to curve.

Beefy flesh with an excellent flavor.

Be careful not to confuse with "Super steak F1" hybrid variety used for large industrial productions.
