A recent variety from one of the Red Jazz lines, developed by Fred Hempel. According to Hempel, this variety produces more than Red Jazz.
Fruit weighing 200 to 450 grams, beefsteak-type, round and slightly flattened at the poles, with more or less pronounced ribbing on the upper 2/3 of the fruit.
Yellow color with pink marbling.
Dense, juicy yellow beef flesh with pink marbling in the center.
Solid plant with large stems, great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Very good, regular mid-season production.
