Fleshy flesh of the "paste" type with 2 or 3 hollow chambers containing little gel and seeds. Mild flavor far superior to other tomatoes of this type.

Like all elongated tomatoes, it is sensitive to apical necrosis but also prone to cracking and sensitive to septoria.
