Variety originating from the USA, seeds coming from James Stokes who offered them to Dorothy Beiswenger, introduced in the Seed Savers Yearbook of 1998.
Yellowish green fruit of 180 to 300 grams, beefsteak type, round slightly flattened and with a more or less pronounced ribbing at the shoulders. Important depression at the peduncular attachment.
Very juicy beef flesh, mulitloges, good flavor, without more.
Plant with small development, with indeterminate growth for some and determined for others.
