Potato leaf version of the famous Black from Tula, discovered by Darrel Jones, Alabama, in 2002.

Fruit of 180 to 300 grams of beefsteak type, flattened and with more or less disheveled and ribbed shoulders.

Purple/purple color, the shoulders remaining green when ripe.

Beef meat with an excellent flavor, rich, fruity and smoky.

Plant with great development, potato foliage, indeterminate growth.

Inherently potato leaf varieties are more hardy than regular leaf ones.

Good mid-season production, even better in the second half of the season.
