Heirloom variety from the Sink Gerald family, Covington, Ohio. Introduced in 2014 by Tatiana's tomatobase Seeds.
Large fruit weighing 300 to 500 grams. Beef steak type, flattened at the poles, ribbed at the top and with rounded or even curved/lobed shoulders making the fruit deformed.
Two-tone yellow and red colour.
The flesh is beefy with a very good flavour.
Plant with long, ruffled foliage.
