Large yellow and pink variegated fruit weighing 180 to 350 grams. Strong ribbing at top, large depression at stem attachment. Umbilicus swollen.

Sweet and refined flesh.

Not to be confused with Shah white.

The historical variety has been declared lost, the version in circulation today may have Yellow Brandywine as a parent. There is also a potato-foliage variety in circulation, called Mikado White"...
