An ancient variety, originating from the islands of Santorini in Greece, brought to light by Sonja Steifel in 1996.

Red fruit, 150 to 250 grams, strongly flattened and wrinkled all over the body.

Juicy flesh containing many seeds, 3 cells.

Good heirloom tomato flavor.

Plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.

Good and regular harvests from mid-season until frost.

Long-life variety well suited for drying.
