Variety originating in Spain highlighted by an association of peasant seeds, Cooperative La Verde, region of Cadiz.

Fruit from 200 to 500 grams, beefsteak type, slightly flattened and more or less ribbed at the top.

Orange-yellow color covered with a red veil when ripe.

Juicy and fleshy flesh, yellow veined with red like a blood network (hence its name Sangre which translates from Spanish gives: blood).

Excellent mild and sweet flavor typical of bicolors.

Plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.

Excellent production from mid-season but better in the second half of the season.
