Heritage cultivated in the Gard for generations. Originally it was the "Russe Rouge" variety adapted to the Gard climate and terroir.

Very large fruit of +/- 500 grams, most often round beefsteak type, ribbing at the top and more or less plump shoulders.

Dense meaty beef with the perfect consistency, small pockets with little gel and seeds.

Exceptional flavor, just the right balance between sweetness and bitterness associated with the taste of tomatoes of yesteryear.

Very vigorous plant with a large trunk and significant development, exceeds 2.0 meters, indeterminate growth.

Good production rather in the second half of the season, few fruits, about ten, but only large ones.
