French heritage highlighted by JP Tejero, who baptized him "Rose de Pessac" to replace his primitive name for "wood sorting pink", less demonstrative.

Large fruit of 300 to 600 grams, round with a cordiform tendency and with slightly plump shoulders.

Dark pink epidermis firing on the mauve,

Fleshy and dense beef flesh containing few seeds. Excellent sweet flavor.

Plant with great development, small rods of regular regular foliage, indefinite growth.
