Variety originating from Louisiana, USA. Selected for its great storage capacity, several months in a dimly lit room at a constant temperature.

Round fruit weighing 180 to 300 grams. Skin colour changes according to the degree of ripening, first green, then whitish, then orange and finally pale red when fully ripe.

Skin hard and thick, flesh very firm and dense. Tastes like any other tomato, but much better than supermarket tomatoes!

Not very vigorous plant, regular foliage, determined growth. Good mid-season production.
