Orange red epidermis with sometimes yellowish traces on the shoulders.
Firm flesh containing little/no gel, good sweet flavor.
Its primary vocation is the realization of sauce and dough but it is also tasty to taste fresh in salad.
Vigorous plant in great development, indefinite growth, regular foliage.
Good and long second part of the season (+/- 90 days).
Particularly resistant variety.
