Orange-yellow epidermis veiling itself in red when ripe, starting with its apical half, hence its name "red belly".

Dense, meaty beef flesh with small seed-free chambers.

Excellent mild and sweet flavor.

Plant with medium development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.

Good harvests from mid-season.
