Variety originating from the USA, spontaneous mutation of Berkeley Tie Dye (cross of "Cherokee Purple" and "Green Zebra") discovered and fixed by Brad Gates.

Fruit of 150 to 300 grams of beefsteak type, flattened at the poles, ribbed in high part and with rounded shoulders which can curve when the size becomes large.

Purple-pink skin with green stripes more present in the upper part.

Flesh of dark red beef, dense and fleshy, dark green gel. Excellent flavor in the line of its "sisters".

Plant with great development, regular foliage not very dense, undetermined growth.

Good and regular production from mid-season to frost.
