Inheritance cultivated by Thomas Jefferson, USA, already known in 1850. Do not confuse with Russian Persimmon of Russian origin, which is smaller and more orange.

Fruit of 350 grams at 1kg in cluster of 4 to 5 fruits, of the flattened Beefsteak type and with more or less wavy shoulders depending on the caliber.

Orange yellow dress with sometimes green traces on the shoulders.

Sweet and sweet flavor of citrus, firm flesh containing few seeds.

Vigorous plant with great development, regular foliage, indefinite growth.

Good and regular production from mid-season.
