Family heirloom variety, originating from Celo, North Carolina, USA.
Fruit weighs 120-250 grams, bicoloured orange-yellow with pink marbling, which can turn completely red when fully ripe. Beef steak type, variable in shape, mostly round, with ribbed and rounded shoulders. Cluster of 4 to 6 fruits, medium depression at the stem attachment.
Dense, juicy, orange-yellow beef flesh with pink marbling. Excellent sweet and fruity flavour.
Vigorous plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Production in the second half of the season.
