A very old heirloom variety already mentioned in 1927 in the E.Benary catalogue of Enfurt in Germany where it originated. Contributed to the 1997 Seed Savers Yearbook by Craig LeHouillier.
Small, round fruit weighing 80-120 grams, pinkish-red with yellow blur.
Juicy flesh with a sweet taste.
Taller than 2.0 m, regular foliage with red and yellow highlights.
Good productivity.
