Inherited from the North of Italy. Variety discovered on a market and named after the vendor, its original name having been lost.
Red fruit of 250 to 600 grams of round beefsteak type with ribbed shoulders.
Dense and fleshy beefy flesh with the typical flavor of old tomatoes with a touch of acidity.
Very vigorous plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Good production in the second part of the season.
