Originally from Hungary, this variety seems very similar to Noire de Crimée.
Beef steak-type fruit weighing 200 to 400 grams, round and slightly flattened, with more or less pronounced ribbing depending on fruit size.
Dark skin with dark green shoulders, turning black at maturity.
Beefy flesh with a fine texture. Rich, smoky, excellent flavor.
Vigorous plant with great development, very dense regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Good, regular production. Suitable for cool climates and short seasons.
