Large tri-lobed fruit weighing 200 to 400 grams, with a shape that can be conical/cylindrical/triangular and ending in a point, +/- 16 cm long and +/- 5 cm in diameter.
Matures from dark green to lemon yellow.
Slightly bitter flavor when immature becoming sweet and sweet when ripe. Use in fresh, canned and stew.
Plant of +/- 60 cm.
Generous production +/- 85 days.
