Variety that would be of Spanish origin, from the town of Siles, Sierra de Segura, province of Jaén autonomous community of Andalusia.

Fruit from 250 to 500 grams, flattened beefsteak type, with wide and deep ribbing at the top and rounded shoulders.

Dark red/black epidermis with some yellowish green marks on the shoulders.

Firm and fleshy flesh.

Good flavor, less pronounced than most "black" ones.

Plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.

Generous and regular harvests from mid-season.
