A mutation of 'Brown Flesh' without the stripes and hollow lodges, developed by Jeff Dawson. Featured in the 2003 Seed Savers Yearbook.

Attractive mahogany to chocolate coloured fruit with more or less green shoulders.

Fruit weighs 150-250 grams and is beefsteak-like with an irregular, mostly flattened shape and "ruffled", ribbed shoulders. Clusters of 4 to 6 fruits. Umbilicus swollen.

Juicy flesh, green gel. Complex and sweet flavour.
