Fruit of 300 to 500 grams, flattened beefsteak type and ribbed in high part.

Very original color, a mix of green and a copper mahogany shade. Yellow skin unlike Maple Syrup which has a light skin.

Fleshy green beef flesh rarely marbled with pink in its heart. Wonderful exotic flavor.

Plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
