Purple-pink epidermis with shoulders that sometimes remain green.

Beef meat, containing a lot of gel and seeds.

Strong heirloom tomato flavor.

Plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.

Good and regular harvests from mid-season, 4 to 5 kilos per vine.
