Variety originating from Spain.

Fruit weighs 200 to 400 grams, beefsteak-like, slightly flattened at the poles and more or less ribbed at the top.

Dull, dark pink skin (purplish as its name suggests).

Dense and firm flesh with very few seeds.

Sweet, well-balanced flavour.

Large plant, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.

Production from mid-season onwards, but best in the second half of the season.
