Variety originating from Germany, cultivated in the USA by the Mennonite community in Kentucky where it was developed and improved.

Fruit of 200 to 400 grams, beefsteak type bulging with ribbing at the top and rounded shoulders.

Yellow skin with a more prominent red/pink blush in the lower part.

Full pineapple-like flesh, yellow mottled with red/pink, small cells, very few seeds.

Excellent sweet flavor.

Plant with moderate development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.

Second half of the season production.
