Large fruit weighing 300 to 500 grams, flattened beefsteak type and slightly ribbed at the shoulders. Bouquets of 3 fruits.
Two-tone epidermis, red-yellow-orange and green on the shoulders
Orange beef flesh marbled with red in the middle, juicy with few seeds.
Excellent flavor, fruity and sweet. Strong tendency to burst.
Plant with great development, regular foliage, indeterminate growth.
Good and regular harvests from mid-season but better in the second half of the season.
