LEE'S SWEET
Believed to be of American origin, but not certain. Variety producing fruits from 200 to 350 grams, dark pink.

Variety producing 200-350 gram fruits, dark pink with green traces on the shoulders. Variable shape, mostly heart-shaped or beefsteak-like with boat-shaped shoulders.
Extremely dense and thick beef flesh with hardly any gel or seeds. Spicy but still sweet flavour.
Vigorous plant with great development, potato foliage, indeterminate growth.
Good production and surprisingly early for fruit of this size (+/- 68 days).
NB: there is a version with regular foliage, but it is an "off type".
