Rare variety, highlighted by Martin Longseth, Wisconsin, USA without any traceability information, introduced in the 2007 Seed Saver Yearbook.

Large pink fruit of 300 to 600 grams, beefsteak type, flattened, ribbed at the top and with more or less strongly rounded/incurved shoulders depending on the size. Cluster of 4 to 5 fruits.

Pink skin despite its red appearance, it has a clear skin.

Dense beefy flesh with a firm texture. Delicious flavour.

Large, even foliage, indeterminate growth. Second half of the season production, +/-90 days.
