Heritage from France, named after the gardener who brought it to light.
Large red fruit weighing 400 to 800 grams, beefsteak type flattened at the poles, ribbed at the top and plump or even curved shoulders for large sizes.
Dense and fleshy beef flesh, small cells, on the periphery, containing very few seeds.
Good flavor reminiscent of tomatoes of yesteryear.
Sturdy plant, with large stems, great development, regular foliage with large leaflets, indeterminate growth.
Production in the second half of the season, few fruits but only big ones!
