Variety originating from Russia for some and from the USA for others. Kotlas being the name of a city in the north of Russia sadly known for its gulag until 1953.

Round red fruit slightly stretched in height ending in a small point of 2 to 3 cm in diameter and 50 to 70 grams. Clusters of 7 to 9 fruits. Slight depression at the peduncular attachment. 2 boxes.

Compact, sparsely foliaged potato plant with determined growth.

Excellent fruit set in cool weather with excellent production and very good shelf life.

High cold tolerance, well adapted to short or cool season regions.
