A heirloom variety from the Kalman Lajvort family of Edison, New Jersey, of Hungarian origin, imported to the USA in 1967.
Plum-shaped fruit weighing 120-250 grams, heart-shaped with a point at the end.
Dark pink colour with green shoulders. Depression at the stem attachment and no umbilicus. 7 sepals. Fleshy flesh, remarkably sweet and rich taste.
