Fleshy, dark pink paste-like flesh with very few seeds. Very rich but still sweet flavour. Ideal for canning or making coulis or paste, but also tasty in salads.
There is also a "Justine Heart" variety which is believed to be a cross with an unknown heart, discovered in a Justine plantation at Tatiana Kushnareva.
